Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for players and commissioners using Pigskin Pickem.

How do I join a pool?+

Create an account or log in, open the invitation link from your commissioner, and enter an entry name. Invitation links automatically fill in the pool join code.

Can I have more than one entry?+

Yes. Each account may have up to two active entries in the same pool. Every entry has separate picks, tiebreakers, standings, and history.

When do picks lock?+

Each game locks at its scheduled kickoff, then the rest of the games at 1:00 PM Eastern. Your pool may also show a weekly deadline. Submit early so every pick and your Monday night tiebreaker are saved before kickoff.

Can I change submitted picks?+

You may edit picks before the applicable game locks. Once a game has kicked off, its pick can no longer be changed.

How does the Monday night tiebreaker work?+

Enter your prediction for the combined final score of the designated Monday night game. The closest prediction is used to break tied weekly records.

Why is point differential hidden?+

Current-week tiebreaker information stays hidden until the configured reveal time so players cannot copy or adjust their guesses based on someone else's prediction.

What happens if I remove an entry?+

An unused entry may be deleted. If it already has picks or standings history, it becomes inactive so that history remains. The entry may later be reactivated.

How do I reset my password?+

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Follow the email link, then choose a new password.

What can a co-commissioner do?+

A co-commissioner can help manage members, picks, schedules, scores, standings, invitations, and reminders. Only the primary commissioner can permanently delete or archive the pool.

Still need help?

Contact your pool commissioner first. Commissioners can review entries, submission status, payments, invitations, and most pool-specific issues.
